What to Expect On Our Call.

We’ll connect via Microsoft Teams video conference.  You can choose to be on video with me or we can just voice chat.  If you haven’t used Teams before, you can download it free below (computer or phone).  You’ll want to be in a quiet-ish space with a good internet connection, or you can dial in by phone.

Because my home base is in the New York City area, I can easily travel to and cover the entire United States. I’m also an international speaker. Have passport will travel! I can work with your team in person, virtually or a hybrid of both depending on your needs.

I customize every presentation for the individual needs of my clients. That said, you can see a list of my most requested topics below. If you don’t see yours on the list, no worries! This is just a small sample. We’ll customize your topic after we have our kick-off call.

Depending on the format, length and number of participants, I generally use a fixed-fee model for most engagements. That said, having a lasting impact on your participants and developing a long-term relationship with your organization, is more important than the ultimate fee. I’m committed to working out an arrangement that fits within your budget. I do charge additional fees for travel and accommodations but hey…I’m worth it! 😉

Without intending offense to my fellow trainers, most trainers give canned trainings that they’ve been delivering for years. Given my extensive business background, I bring a holistic approach to my engagements. It’s not just about getting on stage and delivering. It’s about understanding the story that led you to where you are now and what the consequences have been.

The assessment phase of our engagement is critically important and it’s also the part that most other trainers skip. Once we get to the root cause, we customize the training and THEN I take the stage to deliver a WOW experience that stays with your participants long after I leave.

The information I’ll need is the same information you’ll need to think about for your event. Generally, the starting point is:
